About our hospital
Our hospital, which was established in December 1957, is the only hospital specializing in neuropsychiatry in the Toyota City area. (Founder: Sakusaemon Kato, M.D.) After that, in order to meet the demand for psychiatric care in the local community, we increased the number of medical departments and improved the facilities of the hospital.
Also by striving to study medicine on a daily basis, we have grown year by year while trying to improve quality, and have reached the present.
We will work with all our staff to provide psychiatric treatment that meets the needs of the times. We will continue to strive to enhance psychiatric care, including outpatient treatment, inpatient treatment, and rehabilitation, and we look forward to your continued support!

About medical treatmentions
For those who can receive a medical examination
If you are visiting us for the first time, please be sure to contact us by phone. Afternoon consultations are by appointment only. We accept reservations by phone.

If you have a preferred doctor, please let us know. You will be asked to fill out an application form and a medical questionnaire before the examination, and a preliminary examination will be performed.

Outpatient care
At our hospital, we actively introduce various therapies to improve the effectiveness of treatment. We are working on the treatment of general mental disorders, including depression, schizophrenia, and neurosis. We also collaborate with general hospitals when patients with mental illness have complications.
We also provide medical care based on referrals from local medical institutions, so if you have been to another hospital and are visiting our hospital for the first time, please bring a referral letter. We are devoting all of our efforts to treatment and nursing, aiming for an early return to society.

Psychological Counseling
Counseling and psychological testing are conducted by a licensed psychologist. A licensed psychologist will listen to you about various mental issues and problems, and provides psychological advice to reduce your mental burden and provide assistance and support for problem solving. Indication for psychological counseling is at the discretion of the physician.
Stress Care Unit
The Stress Care Unit (Refort) is a program that focuses on the treatment of depression and other symptoms and aims for early social reintegration in a relaxed, stress-free and open environment. The comfortable environment is tailored to each patient's individual symptoms, allowing them to relax without strain.
Outpatient Dementia
In diagnosing dementia and treating the associated BPSD (ease of anger, depression, decreased motivation, insomnia, violence, etc.), specialists in dementia (Dementia Society Specialists, Geriatric Psychiatry Society Specialists, Dementia Clinical Specialists, Dementia Support Physicians) provide advice and guidance to caregivers.
Outpatient adolescence
The Outpatient Adolescent Clinic is for children from early childhood to junior high to high school age. For parents who are concerned about their children's development and mental health, our physicians certified by the Japanese Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and psychiatrists specialize in children's hearts provide treatment and psychological support.
Information on hospitalization
At our hospital, we provide inpatient treatment for a wide range of illnesses, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, and dementia. We provide multi-professional team medical treatment, including doctors, pharmacists, nurses, certified psychologists, occupational therapists, and mental health social workers.
Depending on the patient's mental state, we provide training for visiting, going out, and staying out, actively incorporating occupational therapy and SST (social skills training), etc., with the aim of returning to society as soon as possible, such as at home or at work.
